They provide a humidified environment preventing freshly cooked chicken from drying and allowing chicken to be presented in a desirable way.
Single-floor models have a water-based controllable well, acting as a humidified heater. The two-tier models have an additional heat-controlled heater on the upper level. Both levels are illuminated for an attractive food display and both act as a passage, with front and rear access doors. The pans are removable, offering a quick and easy solution for cleaning.
