Electric heated chicken display Archway is an essential appliance for any fast food establishment serving fried chicken. It is made from the highest quality stainless steel with acrylic doors ensuring hygienic and durable performance. It is available in a range of sizes ranging from one tray to a model with five trays at two levels. They provide a humidified environment preventing freshly cooked chicken from drying and allowing chicken to be presented in a desirable way.
Single-floor models have a water-based controllable well, acting as a humidified heater. The two-tier models have an additional heat-controlled heater on the upper level. Both levels are illuminated for an attractive food display and both act as a passage, with front and rear access doors. The pans are removable, offering a quick and easy solution for cleaning. Acquires plumbing for continuous water supply and drainage.
